    • Plotter & Press offers several shipping methods, but the simplest is our Flat Rate - $7.95 shipping option! This allows you to know that your shipping cost on an order with us will not be more than $7.95 as long as expedited shipping is not requested. Also, if you have a lightweight order, your shipping cost could still be lower by selecting one of our real-time calculated rates. Our $7.95 Flat Rate option was designed to help you save on larger orders when the real-time rate calculation is higher.

    • Orders with our Flat Rate shipping method typically ship via USPS Priority Mail, but we reserve the right to select the best method for the shipment.

      Fast Order Processing!

      • Normal order processing times vary, however we strive to process and ship orders, for in stock items that are placed before 1pm ET Monday-Friday and not on a holiday, the same day. Orders for in stock items that are placed after 1pm ET Monday-Friday and not on a holiday, normally ship the next business day. When your order ships the order status is updated in our store, a tracking number is entered, and you will be notified via email.

      • Plotter & Press makes every effort to keep the inventory levels on our website up to date. However, if we receive and order for an out of stock item we will contact you promptly in order to resolve this issue.

        Basic Shipping Information

        • Plotter & Press ships via USPS and UPS. Available shipping may vary based on the destination of your order.

        • All orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be sent via the United States Postal Service. If your order is time sensitive you will need to select the UPS shipping option and pay the shipping cost associated with that service.
        • Currently we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

        • Tracking numbers will be provided via email and will be posted with the order information on our website.

        What are your shipping rates?

        Rates are calculated real time based on the weight and shipping destination of your order with the USPS and UPS. We also have a Flat Rate - $7.95 shipping option that you can select.

        How do orders with Flat Rate shipping get shipped?

        Typically, via USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally via UPS Ground.

        If I am placing a time sensitive order, what shipping method should I select?

        We recommend one of the UPS options. Just select the correct option for your situation, and feel free to call or email if you need help.

        Is USPS Priority Mail a guaranteed service?

        No. The USPS describes it as a 1-3 day service with no guarantee.
        Also, the transit times listed on our website that look like part of the name (USPS Priority Mail 1-Day, USPS Priority Mail 2-Day, USPS Priority Mail 3-Day) are just estimates by the USPS about when your package should arrive.

        **If you need a guaranteed service please select a UPS service. UPS shipments are guaranteed and have a more accurate tracking system. This is the recommended carrier for time sensitive orders.

        What if my package is lost or damaged?

        If a package is lost or damaged during shipping we will assist you in determining what steps need to be taken in order to receive a full refund for the lost or damaged package (this is only valid for Priority Mail or if you purchased additional insurance for your First Class Package). We do not file USPS claims, you are responsible for filling a a claim with USPS within 60 days for damaged packages but no earlier than 15 days from the date shipped. In order to file a claim for damaged packages you must keep the original packaging and the entire unused content, using any content from a damaged package means you are accepting the package “AS IS” and  you will not receive a refund.

        What is the In Store Pick Up option?

        For the convenience of our local crafters and those visiting the area, we offer a time saving Order Online and Pick Up In Store option. This is a FREE service we offer to help our crafters spend less time shopping and more time crafting! We do ask that you please allow a minimum of three hours between placing your order and pick up, to allow for proper processing of your order. You will receive an email conformation stating your order is ready for pick up. Please note that your order is not ready until you receive an email confirming so.

         ***Please note that Plotter and Press offers an "In Store Pick Up" option for our local and visiting crafters. If the In Store Pick Up option is selected at checkout and you do not wish to pick your order up in store, you will be sent an invoice for the appropriate shipping charges. Your order will not ship until the charges are paid and could cause a delay in you receiving your order.
